DST PROFIT SHARING ARBITRATION RIGHTS

DST Notifies Participants of Arbitration Rights Related to Valeant Pharmaceuticals Investments.

Employees and former employees of DST Systems, Inc. (now merged into SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc.) received notice of their right to assert claims in arbitration against DST and others for the alleged imprudent management of the DST Profit Sharing Plan.  The following Kansas City area Law Firms are representing DST Plan Participants in arbitration actions already in progress: Kapke & Willerth; White, Graham, Buckley & Carr; The Klamann Law Firm; and Humphrey, Farrington & McClain.  Our firms were successful in forcing DST to put its employees and former employee participants on notice of the allegations made and of the right of participants to assert a claim prior to the fast-approaching deadline (August 2018).  If you, or a friend, family member or client has received notice from DST and have any questions about the basis for making a claim or the process through which to make a claim, please feel free to reach out to Kapke & Willerth; White, Graham, Buckley & Carr; The Klamann Law Firm; or Humphrey, Farrington & McClain.  Any of our firms are available to answer any questions and/or to provide guidance.  REMEMBER THE CHOICE OF AN ATTORNEY IS AN IMPORTANT ONE AND SHOULD NOT BE BASED SOLELY ON ADVERTISEMENTS.  THIS DISCLOSURE IS REQUIRED BY RULE OF THE MISSOURI SUPREME COURT.
